ISSUE WITH AN ORDERUpdated a year ago

We aim to be as diligent as possible with fulfilment and sending our customers quality items in perfect condition, however unfortunately sometimes things happen. Don't stress, we are here to help! Please see below on how to resolve your enquiry. 


FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEM RECEIVED

If any product you have received is damaged or faulty, we are very sorry! 

Please send through a photo of the fault / damage along with a photo of your packing slip to us via our contact form so that we can sort it out for you as soon as possible. 


WRONG ITEM RECEIVED 

We take full responsibility for any errors in fulfilment. If you have received the incorrect size, product, quantity or style, please contact us via our contact form with the following: 

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item/s you received
  • A photo of the packing slip included with your order


We kindly ask that you contact us within 10 days of your order being delivered. Notifications received after 60 days of the order being delivered will be handled at our discretion.
